In the unlikely event that we will have to cancel a KTU event here is our action plan for getting the word out:
1. Email the participates
2. It will be posted on the KTU homepage (http://kidstechuniversity.vbi.vt.edu)
3. There will be a message on the phone number 540-231-1389
4. We will post it on the KTU blog (http://kidstechuniversity.blogspot.com)
5. A message will be on 710 AM, 100.7 FM, Z104 FM, 95.7 FM, 94.9 FM and 2WD.

It looks like a big snow is coming! In the event that this will postpone, will we know by Friday as many are traveling for some distance...?
We will make that decision on Saturday morning. The decision will probably be made by 8:30 am.
We have to travel for 2 hours in good weather. Please let us know as soon as possible. Thanks.
We too have a long drive. Knowing at least a couple of hours earlier would be very helpful. I understand not wanting to make a premature call, but 6:30am rather than 8:30 am would really help those of us who have a long drive.
