There is a Winter Weather Advisory in the Blacksburg and New River Valley area on Friday/Saturday which will affect everyone attending the Virginia Tech KTU. **We will still be having the Jan. 24th Kids' Tech University program.** We are not sure how severe the weather will be or how this will affect travel in and to the Blacksburg area.
We understand that some of you may be traveling quite a distance to attend the KTU event on Jan. 24th. We want to make sure everyone stays safe; ultimately it is your responsibility to judge if you feel safe enough to drive to the event, and we respect your decision. Please note that there is NO penalty for not attending the program and we will look forward to seeing you in Feb.
